Staffs working in the resort are very kind and helpful. Breakfast provided in the restaurant is delicious and the restaurant services are very good. If requested lunch and dinner is served to the room. Our Kids enjoyed the pool very much, its really appreciated. Property provided with other activities to have the fun in family gathering.

Everything is fine except in the late evening, there are not much activity in the town. It's better to have your own vehicle to have a comfortable stay.

The way we were treated st reception by lady who is in front office she does not have customer satisfaction idea we were made to wait for 45 minutes to complete our check out

The facilities are good. It’s a very large property, lot of open spaces and greenery, quite relaxing that way! The staff are courteous. Overall value for money!

One of the worst places I have booked. I had booked it for 3 nights. Here are the reasons: If you plan to goto mahabalipuram this is not the place to stay. book something in Mahabalipuram. 1. I booked a delux room for 7k per night. The room was bad shabby fittings, no knob in shower, room was smelling. Mattresses from other rooms were piled outside like a lodge. 2. Raised concern and moved to another room they called SUITE. I paid extra for the new room. below are the details. 3. In the hall they had provided 2 leather sofas. The leather was torn at multiple places, images shared. They looked so bad, did not feel like sitting on them, and were not used. 4. Taps and bathroom fixtures were shaking and bad. There was a jacuzzi provided, which we did not use as the water pressure was too low for it to fill up. You need to plan to use it. 5. Wifi was pathetic. They had 3 wifi's available and the signal was bad, you had to keep switching between the 3(each time you switch you needed to put the username password which did not help) Below is the images of the sofa in our so called Suite. Despite all the effort you cannot have internet. Keep trying all the best. 6. In case your door is not locked from inside maintenance guys wil just walk n without even knocking. I faced it twice despite telling them to knock before entering first time. 7. I found a strange way the staff greets you, the first question they ask is "ARE YOU CHECKING OUT??". I did not find it welcoming. Sure you may not like it either. OR no one stays here more than a night. 8. The restaurant is so small that you got to wait for your turn if all the rooms are booked for food. They don't even have the courtesy to have chairs for waiting. 9. Only the name has Village in it, there is no village feel in this resort. 10. This place is good for corporate teams to have a day outing. 11. Nobody cares to explain to you all the facilities available.

Absolutely loved the property. From the guard,front desk, each and every staff member was very warm and professional. They were very accommodative of our requests. Loved the food they prepared too.. Big value for money..highly recommended!!

Overall property was nice with trees around

Rooms were not clean, bathroom fixtures needs maintenance, one of our bag went missing from room. No facilities for driver stay/ food
